What information will we migrate?
We will migrate Contacts, Desktop items, Downloads, Internet Explorer Favorites, Documents, Music and Videos. If you have files in other locations we’ll be happy to migrate those as well, just let us know where to look.
What is Essential Software?
Essential Software is a software package we created with you, the user in mind. It contains Virus Protection, Web Browser Plug-Ins for Media Rich Webpages, Microsoft Word processing, and more!
Help! I can’t find my…
Sometimes files can be forgotten. In the event you cannot find a file on your new computer we’ll go back and get it for you, free of charge.
What if I need additional applications migrated over?
If you happen to have more than two applications chances are they’ll be included in the Essential Software package. If they aren’t we’ll be happy to transfer over any additional applications over. Each additional application would be $20.
